The Role:
Our Operational Strategy Specialist role is to gather, interpret, and use data to help DailyPay, and our Partner Sites (BPO) improve their performance and meet goals. This role will include working cross-collaboratively across our internal DP team and externally with our BPO’s, in a variety of fields, including data, research, and project analysis. While the primary job description outlines specific duties, DailyPay may occasionally request additional tasks or responsibilities that fall outside the standard role, depending on the needs of the Customer Operations team.

How You Will Make an Impact:
- Gather data: Collect information and statistics about DailyPay’s internal agents and partner sites (BPOs) KPI performance and Attendance
- Analyze data: Look for trends and identify areas for meaningful improvement both from a customer experience perspective and an agent/ operational efficiency perspective
- Develop conclusions: Use the data to initiate meaningful decisions and changes in the organization to drive metric improvements
- Communicate results: Present findings to internal and BPO stakeholders
- Create plans: Collaborate with Operational Delivery Supervisors on a plan to improve partner site output and streamline operations. Work with Ops Delivery and Partner Site OM’s to put the plan into action
- Client Support: Work to ensure client support metrics are delivered in accordance with requirements, create data output to be shared with the broader Customer Office team
- Customer Operations Data SME: work with the data team to ensure Customer Operations metrics are pulling correctly into Tableau from our various tech stack platforms
- Ad Hoc Analysis: Perform ad hoc analysis based on business need
What You Bring to The Team:
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to leverage array formulas that can perform one way and two way lookups in order to synthesize data
- Experience creating financial models, quantifying and forecasting the impact of initiatives on contact center costs
- Exceptional communication skills, including the ability to communicate in a group and individual setting as needed, should your insights need to be spoken to during any meetings had
- Excellent teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills

Pay Transparency. DailyPay takes a market-based approach to compensation, which may vary depending on your location. United States locations are categorized into three tiers based on a cost of labor index for that geographic area. The salary ranges are listed by geographic tier. Additionally, this role may be eligible for variable incentive compensation and stock options. Where a candidate fits within the compensation range for a role is based on their demonstrated experience, qualifications, skills, and internal equity.
