Job Description:
We’re looking for a Senior Consultant to focus on the delivery of Operational Due Diligence within Crowe’s Operational Transaction Advisory group. We lead our clients through the analysis and execution of M&A transactions (e.g. acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, & integrations).
Great candidates for this unique position will have the desire and ability to:
Work in transaction advisory environments, helping our Private Equity firm clients analyze key investment theses for operations, and across other related functional areas
Leverage your previous operations leadership experience, analysis, and problem-solving skills to identify key synergies and deal risks, and then translate that analysis into a strategy including insights and actions
Communicate professionally, including the creation of executive-level deliverables to support client decision-makers
Deliver in a highly visible role on-site at our clients, across the US and possibly internationally

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field required
Must have at least 3 years of relevant experience in operations consulting or operations management within one or more of the following functions: Corporate Development, Manufacturing, Supply Chain
Ability and interest in making detailed assessments of operations and implementing improvements, specifically for productivity increase and operating cost reduction; direct experience in leading cost reduction initiatives is a plus
Superior analytical skills with proficiency in MS Excel are required; comprehensive knowledge in developing and interpreting financial models is a plus
Outstanding communication skills as evidenced by the ability to articulate complex technical concepts and business impacts to diverse audiences, including executives
