Online Science Tutor

Learner Education is actively hiring enthusiastic Science Tutors who are passionate about helping students succeed. In addition to science, we also offer math tutoring services, and it would be highly beneficial if you are able to tutor math as well.

Location: Remote

Hours: Set your own schedule

Pay: $25.00/hr.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of professional science tutoring/teaching experience
• 1+ years of professional online tutoring experience
• Fast, reliable internet connection
• Own a computer/laptop, stylus pen, and headphones
• Professional, quiet environment conducive to conducting tutoring sessions
• U.S.-based bank account and SSN
• Strong subject matter expertise in the areas they will be teaching
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must have at least 10 hours of weekly availability, primarily M-Th in the afternoons and evenings
• In order to maximize your schedule, you will need to tutor a range of science topics that fall somewhere between 6th Grade and College level
