Responsibilities:
- Client Appointments: Schedule and conduct appointments with clients to discuss their coverage needs.
- Application Assistance: Help clients complete and submit coverage applications, ensuring all necessary steps are followed for approval.
- Training Participation: Attend weekly training calls to stay updated on best practices and product knowledge.
- Sales Presentations: Conduct sales presentations, recommend suitable products, and close sales.
- Customer Service: Respond promptly to policyholder requests such as beneficiary changes and claims. Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ongoing Development: Commit to continuous learning and skill development through basic training, self-study, role-play, and fieldwork.
Requirements:
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Technical Proficiency: Competent in using computers and relevant software applications.
- Organizational Skills: Strong time management and organizational abilities.
- Motivation: Highly motivated with a keen attention to detail.
- Sales Experience: Prior sales experience is preferred.
- Competitive Nature: Possess a competitive spirit and keen sales acumen.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional problem-solving skills and critical thinking.
