Job Summary
The Standard is seeking an Ongoing Service Analyst to support our evolving Policy Administration System (PAS) program. This role is integral to ensuring a seamless and efficient service experience for our customers. As an Ongoing Service Analyst, you will manage a variety of transactions, including premium receipt, invoicing, and delinquencies for customers under 1,000 lives. You’ll also work closely with multiple departments to ensure accurate reporting, billing, and fee disclosure, while proactively communicating with customers and stakeholders. - Monitor, process, and document transactions related to premium receipt, invoicing, delinquencies, and adjustments
- Draft legally defensible contracts through the amendment process to mitigate financial risk
- Perform in-depth research to support reconciliations and adjustments
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate premium processing and fee disclosures
- Proactively communicate sensitive information to customers, producers, and third parties
Skills and Background You’ll Need
Must-Have Qualifications:
- High School Diploma/GED or higher
- 3 years of experience in premium management, group employee benefits administration, or complex billing administration
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Outlook, and Excel
- Ability to work remotely and adapt to evolving systems and processes
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Group Benefits, billing, and contractual documentation
- Experience in drafting legally defensible contracts

Please note - the salary range for this role is listed below. In addition to salary, our package includes incentive plan participation and comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision and retirement benefits, as well as an initial PTO accrual of 164 hours per year. Employees also receive 11 paid holidays and 2 wellness days per year.
Eligibility to participate in an incentive program is subject to the rules governing the program and plan. Any award depends on various factors, including individual and organizational performance.
Salary Range:
$51,500.00 - $75,500.00Positions will be posted for at least 5 days from original posting date.
