ABOUT THE JOB (JOB BRIEF) 

The Client Success Team goal is to build a culture that is committed to ensuring clients are successful when leveraging Enterprise Payments’ (EP) treasury products and solutions. The team is responsible for Onboarding/ implementations / implementations and servicing EP clients in the most efficient and client-centric manner and by maintaining a lens on continuous improvement. The ultimate outcome is to ensure clients are successful in achieving the value they expected by doing business with us, and become advocates of KeyBank in the process.  

The Onboarding/ implementations Project Manager is a dynamic role which owns the end-to-end Onboarding/ implementations experience for the client.  They are KeyBank’s primary point of contact, leading commercial clients through the post-sales experience to ensure clients are quickly and effectively using EP’s products and services. Onboarding/ implementations projects can range in size and complexity, and the Onboarding/ implementations Project Manager will be expected to actively manage multiple projects at a time in various stages of completion.  The Onboarding/ implementations Project Manager will work closely with clients, FinTech partners, sales, and back-office support teams to ensure successful and timely implementations. 

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 

  • Responsible for overseeing assigned Onboarding/ implementations packages; ensuring completion of agreements, configuration, training and adoption of new solutions.   
  • Lead meetings with stakeholders, including sales team members, clients, vendor representatives and other partners.  
  • Clearly understand and articulate our clients’ priorities, objectives and expectations.  
  • Create material to scope and plan Onboarding/ implementations projects, maintain transparency, and manage stakeholder expectations.  
  • Drive on-time fulfillment of SLA commitments by promoting stakeholder accountability, mitigating project issues and risks, and adapting to project changes. 
  • Continually develop expertise in electronic payment products and how they respond to healthcare industry’s unique needs and requirements to close the gaps between current solution capabilities and our client’s needs. 
  • Coordinate post-Onboarding/ implementations transition to Business as usual (BAU) support in partnership with the relationship team 
  • Fully understand and adhere to KeyBank policies and procedures regarding business resiliency including maintenance and retention of project plans, work completion, and system records 
  • Adhere to all Risk policies and procedures.  
  • Limited travel required. 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 5-7 years of relevant experience; treasury or banking experience preferred 
  • Possess strong project management, problem solving, critical thinking, and written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated application of those skills working with partners (internal and/or external) 
  • Excellent interpersonal and client facing skills, driving an exceptional client experience  
  • Highly effective working independently with little supervision and comfortable making difficult decisions 
  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to set priorities and handle difficult situations while maintaining strong personal relationships 
  • Self-motivated with ability to participate effectively in a highly collaborative work team environment 
  • High technical aptitude and attention to detail with strong follow through   
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a commitment and willingness to strive toward achieving company goals 
  • Project Management or Business Analyst experience 
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project  

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM), or similar Certification  
  • Experience with Cash Management products, including HealthCare products and processes (i.e., BAI file, 835 file, EOB, NACHA, Lockbox, ERA/EFT Matching, Etc.)
  • Handle complex situations and make decisions independently  
  • Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM platform

Location: Flexible, preferred near key bank offices

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $67,000.00 to $82,500.00 annually depending on location and job-related factors such as level of experience. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for short-term incentive compensation and deferred incentive compensation subject to individual and company performance.
