We are seeking an Onboarding Consultant to . This role requires strong communication skills, technical proficiency, and a passion for technology and customer service. The ideal candidate will actively guide clients through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition and smooth integration with Otelier's solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the first point of contact for new hotels, providing an overview of onboarding process.
- Set up reports in client Property Management Systems (PMS), Point of Sale (POS), and other systems as required.
- Develop and provide detailed report submission documents, including instructions and report lists.
- Guide hotels through the full onboarding process, ensuring they are live before transitioning to to Client Success.
- Manage the task process for onboarding/offboarding, following best practices to minimize business impact.
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams, maintaining SLAs and fostering strong relationships.
- Initiate and manage escalations, ensuring appropriate levels of communication with management and key stakeholders.
- Create and maintain configuration guides and documentation.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of the onboarding workflow, client PMS, POS, and other systems.
- Contribute continuous feedback to refine management procedures and enhance the knowledge base.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong interpersonal abilities.
- Experience with JIRA or other project management tools.
- Competency in using Excel/Google Sheets for data calculations and lookups.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in IT from a recognized institution.
- 3-5 years of experience in technical support or onboarding roles.

This position offers a base compensation range of $42,500 to $85,000. This range represents the potential compensation for this role, with actual pay varying based on factors such as the location, skills, experience, and qualifications. Compensation may vary from the stated range. This information is provided to applicants in accordance with state and local laws.
