This role is work-from-anywhere in the UK.The total base pay for this position is between £28,000 - £30,000 per year, and is dependent upon location, experience, skills, and training.   • Full cycle onboarding processing for all agents joining eXp UK
  • Collates required compliance documentation for new agents and renewals
  • Application review and approval of new agents
  • Identifies, attracts and interviews agents looking to join eXp UK
  • Set up of technology and access to systems
  • Point person for all agent training and instruction
  • Promotes attendance to eXp events
  • Identifies problem areas and delivers solutions to enhance the quality of service and to prevent future challenges
  • Responds quickly to agent queries
  • Supporting other departments and areas of the business as needed
How you will grab our attention:
  • Bachelors or undergraduate degree with no experience, or 5 GCSE’s including Maths & English + minimum of 2 years experience, or or equivalent work experience
  • Experience in the estate agency industry strongly preferred
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication skills; written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills in
  • individual and group settings both internal and external
  • Able to drive results and meet goals with a strong sense of urgency
  • Ability to make quick decisions and solve problems using good judgment
