Salary/Position Classification
- $15.00 Hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime)
- 6-12 hours per week
- 100% Remote Work Availability: No
- Hybrid Work Availability (requires some time on campus): No
Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Scanning, reviewing, and organizing files and paperwork
- Organizing and inventorying Anthropology equipment and supplies
- Labeling and organizing teaching materials
- Providing support for manuscripts including library searches, data entry, and proof reading
- Aiding faculty member with other UND tasks that may arise
- Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
- Lift up to 50lbs
- Experience with using MicroSoft Word and Excel
- Computer skills
- FERPA training will be required upon hiring
- Available to be scheduled between 8:00am and 4:30pm
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

Preferred Qualifications
- Good organizational and time management skills
- Experience with using Photoshop
- Experience with statistical software
- Flexibility
- Be able to work independently and be detail oriented
- Experience working in an office at UND
- Coursework in Anthropology and/or Biology
