Summary of Role & Key Responsibilities

We are looking for an all round superstar to manage and oversee the daily operations of the office and team of this fast growing company. This is an opportunity to have a significant impact, deliver generalist services across the team, as well as building and maintaining a first-rate working environment in which the team and company can thrive.

Please note this is a part-time role, offering ~25 hours/week and must be willing and able to come onsite into the NYC office, based in the Flatiron Neighborhood.

Key Responsibilities:  
  • Maintain the New York City office so that it’s secure, clean, and orderly, including working with the landlord and the property manager to ensure everything is working properly in the office.  
  • Manage office service vendors, such as cleaning service and property management.  
  • Maintain supplies for office, kitchenette, washrooms and office equipment.  
  • Assist in event planning, such as on-site coordination of office events, including virtual or in-person leadership and employee meetings, employees’ functions, as needed.  
  • Welcome visitors and clients, preparing meeting rooms, etc. 
  • Clearing the mailbox regularly and taking appropriate action with various items of mail.
  • Perform all other administrative duties as assigned in an efficient and timely manner.


Key Requirements & Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Must be 18 years or older 
  • Must be able to be physically present in the Anthesis NYC office to meet the requirements of the role Able to work at least 25 hours per week   
  • Have skills as a self-starter 
  • Able to work independently
