Summary:

In this role, you will be an integral part of supporting new and current Vizient/AACN Nurse Residency Program members.  You will lead the onsite/virtual onboarding experience for new members and develop program resources to support.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide onboarding of new organizations, which includes orientation to the program, coordination of on-site training, facilitating access to our online resources.

  • Contribute to development of training materials, both in person and virtual.

  • Participate in on-site training and orientation for new member organizations.

  • Utilize clinical experience to inform interactions with member organizations.

  • Develop and maintain curriculum, seminar implementation examples and additional educational resources for NRP membership of 700+ organizations.

  • Demonstrate skills in curriculum development and design.

  • Lead and actively participate in cross divisional/departmental and institutional teams, councils, and workgroups.

  • Synthesize multiple data insights to facilitate prioritization of improvement activities or strategies; recommends consultative solutions to achieve performance improvement goals.

  • Develop and facilitate execution of program improvement strategies; evaluates baseline performance, monitors progress towards goals, coach’s improvement teams, share evidence-based practices, facilitate cross participant collaboration, and remove barriers to success.

Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree in Nursing preferred.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience working in a clinical setting required.

  • Experience working in new RN transition to practice residency programs.

  • Ambulatory experience preferred.

  • Experience working with adult learners and organizational design.
