 General Summary:

The NuOrder Coordinator will possess a combination of organization and strong attention to detail skillset in order to effectively manage the NuOrder B2B Platform across all Camuto Brands. They will be responsible for collaborating with various cross functional partners including Sales, Design, Production, Photo Studio and IT to ensure Seasonal Product Line assortments are presented accurately to our external partners during market and maintained throughout their lifecycle. The NuOrder Coordinator will also work closely with their supervisor assisting with managing the onboarding experience for new wholesale and DTC accounts.

 

Reports To: Supervisor Wholesale and Vendor Compliance

 

Essential Duties/Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

 

  • Responsible for overseeing NuORDER, product line list and available to sell inventory platform
  • Partner with Sales to maintain and manage timeline on pre-season launches aligning with markets
  • Work closely with production, design, sales and photo studio departments to ensure the pre-season product assortment, LOT imagery, and videos in NuOrder are completed for line review and management meetings.
  • Once product lines are finalized, collaborate with production to ensure product assortment accuracy
  • Responsible for updating the photo studio google docs product imagery due dates, NRF changes, product drops and product adds.
  • Load the finalized high resolution PDP imagery for each colorway and remove LOT imagery.
  • Manages International accounts in NuOrder by partnering with the brand’s cross functional partners to ensure product line lists are pulled, pricing and imagery loaded for seasonal buy rounds
  • Assist the Sales team with creating account custom line lists.
  • Assist Supervisor with onboarding all wholesale brands vendor set-up, EDI and UPC execution, vendor chargebacks, and process improvement
  • Assist Supervisor launching and managing operational process enhancement tools to ensure we are effectively communicating in a timely manner during account onboarding process

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelors College Degree Required and comparable corporate work experience preferred
  • NuOrder experience valued but not required  

 

Language and Computer Skills:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong collaboration skills with internal and external partners
  • Extremely organized with strong attention to detail

 

The estimated pay range for this position is $20 to $27. The successful candidate’s actual pay rate offer will take into account a wide range of job-related factors including skill sets, years and nature of relevant experience, training, pay rates of associates in similar positions, the candidate’s location, and other organizational needs. The estimated pay range has been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential. This range does not include benefits such as health insurance, paid or unpaid time off work, and/or retirement benefits, unless required by law.
