• Support: Identify and assess users' needs to provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods and tools

• Compliance: Spot fraud indicators & collaborate with 2nd line teams

• Payments: Analyze and take ownership of payments dispute cases & investigations

Requirements

• You speak English on a near-native or professional level 

• You can listen, investigate and pinpoint the source of the problem. Then fix it!

• You're a master at using the written word, emojis and gifs to make our users happy

• You love to interpret patterns and data

• You take challenges heads on, you're quick to adapt and can multitask

• You can provide phone support in English

• You have a curiosity for AI and are eager to deepen your understanding of it

• You’re passionate about learning and developing your tech abilities

• You're eligible for night shift work as per Bulgarian law, and are available to cover night shifts from 22:00 to 06:00
