Role Summary:
Electrify America is the nation’s largest open ultra-fast charging network, with over 800 stations and three coast-to-coast highway routes. Our company is expanding our network through the National Electric Vehicle Infrastructure (NEVI) Program, and we are looking for a talented grants management professional to join our team.
The Grants Management Specialist will assist with NEVI program implementation by ensuring that Electrify America complies with all documentation and reporting requirements associated with state NEVI grants. Following a NEVI award, this individual will assess and communicate specific compliance requirements of the grant and develop a strategy for ensuring the company tracks all necessary information. This individual will also manage preparation and collection of data templates to collect necessary information from different business lines, and draft these into period grant reports required for different programs. Lastly, this individual will also help to develop the scalable systems and processes that can support the continued expansion of NEVI work.
The work is highly cross-functional and will involve regular collaboration with Electrify America’s Real Estate, Commercial Sales, Construction, and Operations teams in order to ensure that the proposed targets are implementable and quickly pursued. The ideal candidate is a passionate and self-driven, with strong organizational skills and attention to detail in addition to past grants management expertise. Role Responsibilities:
Grants Management and Reporting (50%)
- Maintain a calendar of necessary reports and keep leadership apprised of upcoming obligations
- Distribute data collection templates to relevant teams and retrieve necessary reporting information
- Draft required reports based on collected information from business lines
- Ensure timely delivery of necessary documentation to ensure grant compliance
Grant Agreements Analysis (25%)
- Assist in review of grant agreements, scopes of work and contracts to identify compliance requirements
- Create a schedule of necessary reports and information to be reported to grantmaking agencies
- Develop data collection templates to secure necessary information from relevant business lines
Scalable Management Systems (25%)
- Develop tools and processes to support continued expansion of the NEVI program
- Evaluate additional tools including software to assist in tracking and reporting on numerous grants
- Present recommendations to leadership and assist with implementation of new systems
Qualifications
Years of Relevant Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience
Education (Required):
- Bachelors Degree
Education (Desired):
- Master’s Degree in Business, Economics, Administration or similar

Salary range is dependent on factors such as geographical differentials, industry-based experience, skills, training, credentials, and other qualifications.
In the state of California, the salary range is $82,400 - $107,000.
In the state of Colorado, the salary range is $82,400 - $107,000.
In the state of Washington, the salary range is $82,400 - $107,000.
In New York City, the salary range is $98,900 - $128,400.
In Westchester County, the salary range is $98,900 - $128,400.
In the state of Rhode Island, the salary range is $82,400 - $107,000.
