Network Security Engineer
Texas - Remote
What You'll Do
Design and implement networks at customer on-premises or cloud-hosted
Maintain network devices keeping them up-to-date and secure
Troubleshoot network protocols and routing schemes for on-premises and cloud-hosted resources
Collaborate with development and product teams across business units to elevate existent best practices and collaborate to build secure network infrastructure that address identified opportunities
Be a mentor and evangelist to drive network and security best practices adoption and knowledge at all levels of the organization
Collaborate with internal information security and compliance
What We're Looking For
Bachelors degree in Cybersecurity or equivalent experience.
5 years of network engineering
3 years of information security
Proven experience delivering robust, performant, and scalable network infrastructure both on-premises and in Public Cloud
Demonstrated technical, communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Proficiency with network device automation and management tools and practices
Proven knowledge of technologies, tools, and practices such as:
Enterprise-grade on-premises and Cloud-based networking routers, switches, and firewalls (Aruba, Cisco, Palo Alto)
On-premises and Public Cloud-based architectures (GCP, AWS, Microsoft Azure)
Secrets management tools and practices (Vault, KMS)
Security Audit tools (OX, Qualys, Wiz)

$88,550 - $164,450 per yearOur goal is to pay a market competitive salary focusing near the median of our pay ranges. However, final offers for all positions will be based on several factors such as experience level, education, skills, work location, and internal pay equity.
