Job Summary
 

This position has responsibility for executing the Network Performance strategy to manage and strengthen the performance and profitability of the dealer network through programs, policies and tools that show financial performance, operational improvements, brand integrity and continued dominance of the U.S. motorcycle market in alignment with Harley-Davidson’s strategic imperatives. The incumbent supports dealer profitability by providing the dealer network with tools for achieving accounting best practices and creates a foundation for performance comparison for individual dealers.  They will also provide internal stakeholders with key financial performance metrics to aid in network strategy and viability.  That is accomplished by coordinating Motor Company resources across …
