Norwich, Norfolk, United Kingdom

Permanent contract | full-time 37 hours per week | £24,294 to £25,979 per annum (Grade E) | Norwich - hybrid

Network Coordinator - Life Beyond Care, Norwich and South

We have ambitious plans to shape how we work with families, placing practitioners and relationship-based practice at the heart of what we do. Our practice coordination support is integral to the success of these plans.

Through Vital Signs, our vision for Children in Norfolk is to work with whole family networks and across the whole system to support families to build on their strengths and to achieve the best possible outcomes.

Do you have excellent administration skills and looking for a role where you can integrate yourself within a frontline social care team?

Our Network Coordinators provide direct support and assistance to operational Team Managers and social care practitioners, enabling them to have more time to undertake direct work with children, young people, and families.

In this role, you will need excellent interpersonal skills as you will be the first point of contact for both internal and external customers.

You should be confident in undertaking a range of duties with a practice focus, including the production of documents, populating spreadsheets and databases, organising and minuting meetings.

As well as associated administrative tasks, you will be responsible for finance tasks and other duties required to support the frontline practitioners.

If you are committed to delivering first class levels of support and want to make a difference to the lives of children and young people, then this is the perfect opportunity for you.

Whilst working remotely will be a key feature of this role, office-based working will be determined by the needs of the business. Our technology platform and equipment are first class enabling you to connect and collaborate remotely. We ask that you have in place good Broadband connectivity.

For this full-time position we will consider applications from candidates who would like to work 18.5 hours per week as a job share.

If you have any questions or would like an informal conversation about the role please contact Lorraine Mahood, Business Manager at lorraine.mahood@norfolk.gov.uk or call 01553 614857
