Your Role at Sephora:

As a Network Architect, this is an opportunity be an architecture leader, collaborator and have an automation first mindset. Sephora continues to expand and growing our multi-cloud strategy to provide the foundation for supporting business requirements. 

As a member of the Network Engineering team, you will work on Azure, GCP, On-premise Datacenters, Distribution Centers and manage Palo Altos, F5s, GTM and Network security operations.

Responsibilities: 

• Architectural Leadership: Lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure network architectures to meet the strategic goals of the organization.
• Strategic Planning: Develop and drive network infrastructure strategies that align with business objectives and future growth.
• Performance Optimization: Continuously assess and optimize network performance, ensuring high availability and reliability across all platforms.
• Compliance and Security: Ensure network infrastructure adheres to industry standards, compliance requirements, and best security practices.
• Delivery of Technical Designs: Proven ability to deliver architecture artifacts, high-level designs, test plans, and roadmaps.
• Communicating a Shared Vision: Excel at working cross-functionally with experts in different domains and translating business goals into technical requirements.
