Purpose of Position
This is a part-time, non-benefited position. Only UND students are eligible to be hired in this position.
Job consists of working with the North Dakota Brain Injury Network (NDBIN) on tasks such as development of brain injury materials, facilitating educational support groups and assisting with program outreach.
NDBIN is a statewide program providing outreach, education, and support for individuals with brain injury, families, and the community.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Position will facilitate brain injury support groups
- Conduct screening for brain injury as needed and at scheduled events
- Assisting with program outreach
- Position will be responsible for tracking activities and communication with supervisor regularly
Required Competencies
- Experience facilitating support groups and educational classes for individuals with disabilities.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Self-starter with good judgement, high level of attention to detail, and good organizational skills.
Minimum Requirements
- Enrolled in a graduate level program
- Experience working with individuals with brain injury.
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities.
- Successful completion of a Criminal History Background Check

- Experience performing brain injury screening.
