NDA Contracts Manager

Axiom is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Contracts Manager to support Google, one of the worlds largest and most innovative technology companies, for a full-time, 6+ month contract. This role will primarily focus on handling Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs) for Google North America and managing various legal queues and workstreams. The ideal candidate will be adept at drafting, redlining, and negotiating contracts independently while working collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end process of NDAs across North America, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating terms in alignment with Google’s standards and compliance requirements.
• Independently draft, redline, and negotiate a variety of commercial agreements, ensuring clarity, risk mitigation, and alignment with corporate policies.
• Oversee multiple legal queues and workstreams, prioritizing tasks and efficiently managing workload to meet deadlines.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to provide legal advice and support; ensure contract terms support Google’s business objectives and legal risk management strategies.

Qualifications:  

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in contract management or as a corporate/commercial paralegal, specifically dealing with NDAs and commercial agreements, ideally within a tech or Fortune 500 corporate environment.
• Demonstrated proficiency in drafting, redlining, and negotiating contractual documents with minimal supervision.
• Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, remote setting, showcasing exceptional skills in contract negotiating and process management.
• Strong analytical skills and a keen attention to detail, with the ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, in a team enviorment. 

Compensation, Benefits & Location:

This role offers a range of competitive compensation starting at $110,000 and a highly competitive benefits package in the alternative legal services marketplace that includes health benefits, 401K and more. Axiomites predominately work remotely, with the exception that some clients require on-site presence.
