National Specialty Leader – Reuse Regulations and Policy - Remote, United States

As Brown and Caldwell’s National Specialty Leader (NSL) for Reuse Regulations and Policy, you will work closely with our Water Reuse Practice team and National Practice Leadership Team to inform our vision and strategy for supporting our clients as they navigate new reuse opportunities.  You will work with our Client Service Managers to grow clients and deliver strategic work across the country. You will engage with BC’s network of deep client relationships, including many who know and trust us for exploring and confirming cutting edge solutions, to enable optimal solutions to regulatory challenges and policy drivers. In this role, you will also be responsible for driving market growth, developing talent, and delivering high quality solutions in a way that continues to drive our technical differentiation from that of our competitors. You will report to the National Practice Leader (NPL) and be part of BC’s Technical Services team.

Detailed Description: 

As Brown and Caldwell’s National Specialty Leader (NSL) for Reuse Regulations and Policy, you will work with our bench of subject matter specialists and in support of our Client Service Managers to grow clients and deliver strategic work in this emerging area of focus.

In this role, you will collaborate with the Reuse Practice Team and OneWater Strategic Arena Leader on the development of BC’s strategy for expanding our impact and market share in the

reuse arena and you will lead BC’s efforts in delivering on that strategy.  You will have specific responsibility for providing national leadership in monitoring regulatory and legislative developments at the federal level (along with specific strategic states) and strategizing how to connect trends to our business units’ needs.
