The American Heart Association has an excellent opportunity for a National Lead, Impact Campaigns. This position is remote.

 

The National Lead, Impact Campaigns will be a leader in national strategy and execution for our Leaders of Impact, Woman of Impact and Teen of Impact campaigns and have responsibility for the adoption, growth and success of these revenue streams. This role will report to the Senior Lead of Impact Campaigns and will have three main areas of focus:

  • Lead the strategic development of our Leaders of Impact campaign nationally, through campaign management and oversight, continued product development, and strategy refinement
  • Strategic coaching, training and support to staff and nominees across all three campaigns
  • Resource development across all three campaigns   

The role will include working closely with the national field development team, across national departments, and directors in the field ensuring the peer-to-peer campaigns strategically grow through new volunteer engagement and new revenue.

Responsibilities

 

  • Ensure consistent execution of best practice strategies to reduce variance of performance across markets and regions, with a focus on year-round campaign efforts.
  • Provide excellent campaign analysis that uses lead indicators and data to drive performance. Analyze the performance and analytics of all nominee websites and social content to inform future direction.
