The Role & You
Latino Media Network is seeking a motivated, service oriented, and detail oriented National Ad Sales Coordinator. 
Reporting into the Executive Vice President of Sales, as a National Ad Sales Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the advertising sales team in executing and generating revenue through advertising campaigns across various platforms, such as radio, digital audio, and other channels on a national scale. You will work closely with the sales, marketing, creative, production, finance, operations, clients, and other internal stakeholders to ensure the smooth execution and delivery of ad campaigns to meet objectives and revenue targets.
The ideal candidate for this role has excellent organizational and communication skills, as well as a deep understanding of the multimedia advertising industry and the sales process. They should also possess great attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines, as the National Ad Sales Coordinator would need to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. 



Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the ad sales team to assist in the development and execution of national advertising campaigns.
  • Coordinate and manage the entire ad sales process from proposal development to campaign delivery to ensure a seamless fulfillment experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client and campaign information in the ad sales system/database.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Generate and distribute client reports, including campaign performance, delivery, and billing information.
  • Track and analyze campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide regular updates to the sales team and clients.
  • Coordinate advertising materials, ensuring timely delivery and compliance with technical specifications.
  • Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and sales-related data.
  • Prepare and maintain sales materials, including media kits, presentations, and promotional collateral. Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, and contracts.
  • Involved in managing the sales team schedule, preparing sales presentation materials, processing sales-related paperwork and facilitating sales training to meet performance goals. 
  • Collaborate with internal departments, such as traffic, creative services, operations and finance, to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Assist in planning and booking travel for the National Sales Manager & Executive Vice President of Sales. 
  • Pull weekly pacing reports. 
  • Assist the Executive Vice President of Sales in reporting duties. 
  • Manage copy, traffic, pre/post logs for all National Sales orders.
  • Maintain and update aging reports for all National Sales orders and share the information with Katz team.


You Have These

Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, business administration, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in advertising sales coordination or a related role within the multimedia industry is highly preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients, sales representatives, and internal teams.
  • Proficient in using ad sales systems, databases, software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Familiarity with ad trafficking, campaign optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.
  • Knowledge of industry standards, guidelines, and regulations pertaining to advertising and multimedia.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide meaningful insights.
  • A strong focus on problem-solving, accuracy and high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, as well as independently.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Prior startup experience
  • Deep understanding and knowledge of the U.S. Latinx community, including its history and various communities.

CompensationAn employee’s pay position within the salary range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, travel requirements, revenue-based metrics, any contractual agreements, and business or organizational needs.
