National Accounts Manager

The National Account Manager provides customer sales and service support for Webb Wheel’s fleet customers. This position is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with end users and monitoring and increasing sales volume, with a focus on premium Webb products.Position Summary
- Develop and maintain relationships with key contacts for North American class 6-8 commercial on & off highway fleets to drive the fleet-pull of premium Webb products through Webb Customers/Distributors, obtain a clear understanding of the fleet’s size, geographic location(s), buying practices and annual service parts demand
- Develop and maintain a target list of fleet accounts and action plans to increase Webb’s market share by focusing on fleet pull-through purchasing
- Coordinate and execute fleet test programs of new products as required; work with Webb’s Engineering and R&D groups to generate reports summarizing any test results
- Support IAM, Retail, OES, and OEM personnel as needed in national or regional trade/training shows
- Participate in fleet-related industry associations such as TMC & IANA
- Provide quantifiable feedback to Webb’s management validating fleet purchasing activity of Webb’s product line
Position Qualifications
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Good computer skills
- Extensive knowledge of the commercial highway vehicle market
- Significant sales experience, preferably in the North American commercial fleet market with existing contacts
Experience
- 6-10 Years sales experience
- Experience in the commercial highway vehicle market, will accept minimum 15 years direct industry sales experience in lieu of 4-year college degree
Physical Demands
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
Supervisory
- No direct supervisory responsibilities.
- Must have ability to deal with people at a cross-functional level. Position requires ability to effectively communicate in oral and written form to present information and respond to inquiries from employees, customers, and suppliers

Salary
$90,000-130,000
