Position Summary/Job Duties:

I have a extremely high functioning 13 year old autistic daughter who also exhibits the typical characteristics of Pathological Demand Avoidance. Routine tasks (showering, getting ready for bed) and limits (phone, technology) are met with extreme avoidance seeking behavior.  I am a single mom and have another high needs daughter and bedtime is a challenge.  I am looking for another adult to be present in the home to help with encouraging and implementing a solid routine.  She is chatty and likes attention and generally responds much better to adults other than me due to her being tired of my constant directions/demands.  She does well if distracted from the task and if she can talk to you/show you things prior/during/after the tasks that are required.  Previous experience with kids, energetic, and engaging personality would be very beneficial. (Position could be split among two people if needed.)
