Our Hu and Enjoy Life Foods brands within Mondelēz International are looking for a chocolate-loving MRP and Network Planning Analyst, Hu and Enjoy Life.  A great candidate will have experience in process management, Netsuite transactions, and an overall Value and Values driven mindset in order to continue to strive for improvement.  A great candidate will have a strong knowledge of the innerworkings of a supply chain and procurement strong verbal and written skills, and a strong willingness to learn and grow. This position will be part of the Operations team, with very high visibility to the rest of the organization’s cross-functional partners and would report directly to the Director of Supply Chain.

How you will contribute

Responsibilities:

  • Convert supply plan signals from the production planning process into optimal buying quantities for both raw and pack materials.

  • Play an integral role in Hu’s S&IOP process by contributing to overall success of the overall Operations team metrics by, working to continue to provide best-in-class service, defining optimal inventory targets, and managing obsolescence.

  • Coordinate with internal and external customers on production plans, inbounds, timing, and work through risk mitigation.

  • Own Raw, Pack, and FG Master data; responsible for NetSuite set up and communication to 3PL and other downstream partners.

  • Monitor Raw and Pack ordering to maintain balance of service and cost (e.g. low PPV).

  • Support a seamless end of month process including closing Pos, goods receipts, inventory movements, complete all master data setup, etc.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or other business-related concentration.

  • 1 or more years of experience in Operations and Supply Chain experience, or related customer operations experience

  • Experience with NetSuite, G-Suite, Dropbox, and Microsoft Office preferred but not required

  • Strong Excel skills required

  • Must be comfortable analyzing and manipulating large data sets

  • Strong written and verbal skills to effectively communicate information with internal and external stakeholders in a positive and influential manner.

  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills to handle multiple projects in a fast paced, rapid growth start-up environment

The base salary range for this position is $66,400 to $91,300; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
