MR - Staff Digital Analytics SW Engineer Remote

As a Staff Digital Analytics SW Engineer for the MR modality, you will lead in a critical role that develops remote monitoring capabilities ensuring optimal performance of our Healthcare Digital customer systems. This is a global focused role requiring you to design and implement complex analytics and tools for the purpose of the isolation of defective electronic components in our customer systems. This role is vital in preventing and minimizing customer downtime. As a Digital Analytics SW Engineer, you will be responsible for the management and delivery of these algorithms into cloud-based platforms to be accessed by our professional service team.Job DescriptionRoles and Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain in-depth diagnostic software responsible for guiding MR service teams (remote; field) in the isolation of defective components and issues on our customer systems before and after operational failure
Partner with MR engineering and service teams to create critical requirements for the creation of diagnostic software and analytical rules/tools
Troubleshooting skills to understand the analytical requirements for designing of diagnostics
Knowledgeable in software best practices in delivering quality features
Partner with the digital teams in the integration of the diagnostic software into cloud-based platforms
Perform analysis on complex data to determine the best solution for the prediction and isolation of system defects
Resolve software bugs and implement improvements through triage of issues
Support service engineers in the proper uses of these diagnostic tools
Create supporting documentation for the design and use of the diagnostics
Bachelor's degree in computer science or “STEM” Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) with advanced experience
Minimum of 10 additional years of experience in technical support and software creation
Experienced in programming with the following: NodeJS, Python, AngularJS, SQL, and Linux operating systems
Demonstrate good design, validation, and release practice along with the corresponding documentation
Minimum of 5 years domain knowledge and experience with MR systems
Demonstrates data analytical development ability
Experience with AWS Cloud
Demonstrated ability to work within a small, collaborative project team
Strong oral and written communication skills
Aptitude for the use of complex software applications, abstract concepts, use of data
Strong analytical and problem resolution skills
Proactively engages with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and design solutions using critical thinking and analytics skills and best practices by actively incorporating input from various sources
Strong analytical and strong problem-solving skills - effectively evaluates information/data to make decisions; anticipates obstacles and develops plans to resolve
Continuous improvement oriented – actively generates process improvements; champions and drives change initiatives
Emotional Intelligence, ability to influence up and out and the ability to work independently
Must be a team player with a strong desire to win
Highly organized and efficient; able to balance competing priorities and execute accordingly

The salary range for this position is
Total Base Pay Range- 123,200.00 - 154,000.00 - 184,800.00 USD
. The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $123,200.00-$184,800.00 Annual. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
