Job Purpose –

This is both an important and new opportunity within our Motor Claims operations to ensure our customers have consistently received the right outcome of their motor insurance claim

Although this particular role does not have direct contact with our customers, you will still have an important role to play in ensuring a great customer experience for them. To support with this, you will take accountability of reviewing customer case files, taking responsibility for ensuring that the quality, accuracy and compliance of all the documentation and decisions we have made on the file are aligned with our agreed framework and that we are confident that our customer has been treated fairly and consistently.
