Job Description:

Your responsibilities will include:

• Take ownership of the creative process – exploring, crafting, and experimenting with motion graphics, animation, and video content to drive audience engagement and patient/teammate acquisition 

• Use performance data and analytics to inform creative choices, test new approaches, and push the boundaries of what’s possible in this space 

• Edit short-form and long-form videos with a focus on storytelling, brand alignment, and visual excellence 

• Develop eye-catching visual content that resonates with patients, teammates, and referral partners 

• Collaborate with our Creative, Content, and Marketing teams to push creative boundaries (while keeping it all on brand) 

• Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing speed and creativity to deliver top-tier work

• Keep up with the latest trends in motion design, video editing, and digital content 

• Some travel required for on-site shoots and team collaborations 

To excel in this role, you should possess:

• 4-7 years of experience in motion graphics design and video editing 

• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and the full Adobe Creative Suite 

• A knack for turning complex ideas into clear, engaging visual stories 

• Strong grasp of timing, pacing, and visual composition 

• Ability to work independently in a remote setting while thriving in a team-driven culture 

• Bonus points for experience with 3D animation, sound design, or video production

Compensation ranges $70,000.00 to $80,000.00 based on experience.
