Work Schedule: MUST be willing to work Eastern (EST) time zone hours, regardless of location.
Location: Remote - US Based. Candidates MUST be based in the United States to be considered.
Job Summary:
Real is seeking a Mortgage Marketing Manager to join our Marketing team. The Mortgage Marketing Manager will play a pivotal role in establishing and executing marketing strategies to promote our mortgage products and services. As the first hire in our marketing department, this individual will be responsible for building and executing marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and client retention. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, leadership, and hands-on execution. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, capable of both managing and doing, particularly in the early stages of the department’s growth.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Strategy Development & Implementation:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing plan to promote mortgage products and services, aligning with business goals.
Identify target audiences and create strategies to engage them effectively through various channels.
Collaborate with leadership to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitor the success of marketing campaigns.
Content Creation & Campaign Management:
Create compelling marketing materials, including social media posts, email campaigns, blog articles, brochures, and video content.
Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including PPC, SEO, social media, and email marketing.
Develop the strategy and coordinate the execution of programs and promotions that align with strategic objectives.
Brand Management:
Build and maintain a consistent brand identity across all platforms and marketing collateral.
Develop messaging that differentiates our mortgage offerings in the market.
Established successful campaigns across multiple market segments
Collaboration & Leadership:
Partner with the real estate brokerage’s marketing team to align campaigns and leverage cross-promotional opportunities.
Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure marketing efforts align with client needs and business objectives.
As the team grows, recruit, mentor, and manage additional marketing team members.
Analytics & Reporting:
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
Regularly report on ROI and campaign effectiveness to leadership.
Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to ensure we remain innovative and competitive.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Excellent content creation skills across various media formats.
Proficiency with digital marketing tools, including Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and CRM software.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage projects, delegate tasks effectively, and guide the growth of a marketing team.
Expertise in marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Mailchimp) and design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Suite).
Proven ability to develop and execute marketing strategies, excellent content creation skills, and proficiency with digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, CRM software).
Education and Experience:
5+ years in marketing, with at least 4 years in the mortgage, financial services, or real estate industry.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field preferred.
Established successful campaigns across multiple market segments.
Experience in managing projects and delegating tasks effectively; prior team management is a bonus.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
