Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative Marketing Coordinator to join our growing team of NightOwls!

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating and reviewing marketing collateral items to support a large sales team requires a solid knowledge base of the mortgage industry and products.
  • Ensure all marketing materials follow federal and state regulations by partnering with compliance marketing to understand industry compliance requirements.
  • Manage project requests from field sales staff (loan originators/branch managers/sales leaders) to create necessary content and work with internal teams on the execution and approval of marketing materials.
  • Create and post blogs, articles, and press releases for the company website and other internet outlets.
  • Suggest and plan new marketing campaigns that are current with mortgage industry trends.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Coordinator or in a similar role.
  • Strong writing skills to create engaging content.
  • Expertise in graphic design, video editing, and photo editing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Photoshop, Canva, and other relevant software.
  • Experience in social media management and campaign analytics.
  • Ability to develop marketing plans and strategies based on industry trends.
  • Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Total Expert, Jungo).
  • Knowledge of marketing schedules, content creation, and analytics.
  • Experience with mortgage industry marketing is a plus.

Preferred Skills
:

  • Experience with social media management and marketing trends.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Familiarity with tools like Encompass for marketing campaigns.
  • Experience with creating print and digital flyers.
