In this role, you can make an immediate impact on the growth and success of our business by building rapport quickly and creating an exceptional customer experience from the first interaction. Successful team members will then have the chance to sky rocket their careers towards becoming Licensed Mortgage Loan Officers.            This is a full time (40 hrs/week) remote position.  The schedule is Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday, 8am - 5pm EST or 9am - 6pm EST. -     What You'll Do: 

• Manage a high volume of calls with existing or potential homeowners who have shown interest in either in refinancing or purchasing a home.
• Pre-screen potential borrowers by confirming basic information, completing a soft credit pull and asking pre-qualifying questions
• Establish and maintain a friendly rapport with customers and overcome objections by understanding their goals and interests
• Transfer qualified warm leads to the licensed Loan Officers
• Set appointments with consumers for the Loan Officers
• Deliver exceptional customer service to potential and existing customers

What You'll Need:

• Inside or field sales experience required
• Previous sales experience with a bonus component is a plus
• Call center experience (inbound/outbound) strongly preferred
• Telesales experience preferred
• Previous collection, banking, financial services, or mortgage experience a plus
• Must be high-energy and have a positive attitude
• Must be articulate and able to quickly develop rapport with customers over the phone
• Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage high volume of calls
• Ability to counter customer objections
• Must be independent, self-motivated and organized

It is estimated based on what a successful Colorado applicant might be paid. It assumes that the successful candidate will be in Colorado or perform the position from Colorado.
