Requirements

What will you be doing?

  • Working as part of the team to proactively, efficiently and effectively manage customers’ applications from submission to completion.
  • Manage updates from lenders, conveyancers and surveyors ensuring this is filtered back to the customer with comprehensive updates.
  • Work alongside our team of Mortgage Experts to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
  • You will be keying dips, handling all lender and solicitor communications and managing cases through to completion and will specialise in a set area of the process.
  • Our team is fast paced and high volume managing a large pipeline 80-100 post submission cases at a time.
  • You will be responsible for checking supporting documents and lender documents i.e offers
  • You will work proactively with lenders to secure offers at the earliest possible point

What do we need from you?

  • Experience in an end to end case management role with thorough understanding of the mortgage journey.
  • Proven experience in a high caseload environment
  • Organisation - You’ll be busy, constantly and change happens a lot, so you’ll need to be organised, managing a pipeline of cases
  • You’ll provide a best-in-class customer experience, going over and above each time for your customers
  • You’ll be flexible and happy to work shifts and Saturdays to meet the needs of the customer
