What you’ll be doing:
- Contact pre-qualified online fact find leads, that have been generated through our online mortgage journey and vetted by our ground-breaking mortgage score system.
- Provide expert advice on whole-of-market mortgage options to our customers, utilising Mojo's custom built in-house software. This entails assessing customers' applications and delivering high-quality recommendations.
- Take a proactive approach to keeping your customer fully informed throughout the process and manage your pipeline efficiently and effectively.
- Collaborate with our exceptional team of administrators and case managers to support our customers' mortgage DIPS and applications, including requesting and checking customer documents.
- Support the Mojo product team's continuous innovation of outstanding
- mortgage advice technology by actively testing new ideas and processes.
Requirements
What we need from you:
- You’ll have CeMap and at least 2 years whole of market experience
- Recent Experience with Residential purchase and preferably BTL mortgage advising (FTB, Portfolio landlords, Second homes)
- Organisation - we are busy, constantly and change happens a lot, so you’ll need to be organised, managing multiple cases at a time.
- You’ll provide a best-in-class customer experience, going over and above each time for your customers
- We are high performers so we are looking for performance-driven advisors that are accountable for the targets that’ll drive the business and the industry forward. You’ll have full access to your performance data to do this.
- You’ll be flexible and work a mix of early and late shifts as well as 1 in 4 Saturday shifts.
