Requirements
What will you be doing?
- Provide a vital support function to our Mortgage Experts and Case Managers to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
- Core responsibilities in this role are to support our customers day to day by answering our inbound call line and data entry inputting customer information into Applications and keying DIPS.
- You will be responsible for organising customer and lender communications for the wider Case Management team
- You will manage updates from lenders, conveyancers and surveyors filtering this back to customers with comprehensive updates.
- Manage task lists and call backs for voicemails across the department
- Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPI) targets as set out and agreed with your line manager
- Liaise with other departments to provide exemplary delivery
- Share best practice knowledge with colleagues to promote continuous improvement
What do we need from you?
- Organisation - You’ll be busy, constantly and change happens a lot, so you’ll need to be organised
- Experience in a Mortgage Admin or similar financial services admin role.
- Mortgage process knowledge and experience is preferred.
- Customer Centric approach - We aim to deliver great customer experience every time and you will be at the forefront of this in your role as a Mortgage Administrator.
- Accuracy - You will be responsible for inputting important customer information into their mortgage applications and Key DIPS. A right first time approach and excellent attention to detail is essential.
- Confident on the phone with experience in a high volume telephony environment
- Fast paced, vibrant and forward thinking, we need you to bring your Mojo and really add value to our team!
