As a Software Engineer, youâll be part of one of our multidisciplinary teams where youâll work closely with designers, product managers, and data analysts. Youâll be a creative contributor to our processes and decision-making so that when we build new features, we can ensure the scalability and availability of the entire platform.
You will have the opportunity to work on a brand new product through all phases - from defining the requirements, to design, implementation, and testing. You will take part in defining and bringing to market potentially one of the most widespread consumer products offered by DraftKings.
What youâll do as an iOS Engineer
Develop new features, iterating on the current systems, and maintaining our high code quality.
Care about agility as much as you care about scalability. We roll out products very quickly and are looking for a team that can pivot at a momentâs notice.
Work closely with the Product Team to understand the scope of the project and define technical requirements.
Advise on the direction of natives apps (both technical and user experience)
 What youâll bring  Â
At least 1 year of experience in iOS development.
Proficiency in Swift and iOS SDKs.
Background in the development of custom views and animations.
Experience with SwiftUI.
Strong knowledge of OOP principles and Design Patterns.
Expertise in native operating system capabilities, app signing, and deployment processes, and consumer app best practices is a plus.
Experience in consuming RESTful APIs and with Dependency Injection.
Solid debugging and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with TCA and/or MVVM development will be considered an advantage.
