The Opportunity
Cornerstone Brands Customer Service Specialists answer inbound customer calls. Working at home, our specialists problem-solve to assist our customers with their orders and accounts. Cornerstone Brands is comprised of Grandin Road, Ballard Designs, and Frontgate.

You must reside in one of the approved counties in Ohio, Indiana, or Kentucky:
- Indiana counties: Dearborn, Fayette, Franklin, Jefferson, Ohio, Ripley, or Switzerland County.
- Kentucky counties: Bath, Boone, Boyd, Bracken, Campbell, Carroll, Fleming, Gallatin, Grant, Greenup, Kenton, Lewis, Mason, Montgomery, Owen, Pendleton, Robertson, or Rowan County.
- Ohio counties: Brown, Butler, Clark, Clinton, Clermont, Delaware, Fairfield, Fayette, Franklin, Greene, Hamilton, Highland, Licking, Madison, Miami, Montgomery, Pickaway, Preble, Union, or Warren County.
Your Impact
- Busy day handling a high volume of inbound customer inquiries
- Provide a distraction free work from home environment
- Offer additional products on each customer interaction
- Assist customers with questions while personalizing the experience for each caller
- Calls may include confirming refunds, taking payments, placing orders, and, analyzing account data
- Opportunity for advancement and upward mobility across the entire QVC Group family of brands.
- Report to an assigned Customer Service Supervisor

- Learn and work in a virtual environment with a set schedule and structured day
- Communicate with a variety of customer styles, peers, and leaders
- Navigate multiple systems and screens while assisting customers
- Can sit for long periods of time
- Follow Cornerstone Brands computer system requirements
- Troubleshoot own technical problems (in partnership with IT when needed)
