Mid-Level Administrative Support Analyst (Fort Belvoir, VA)

Position Summary
We are seeking a highly experienced and passionate Mid-Level Administrative Support Analyst to serve in a Product Office for a large U.S. Army SETA contract at Fort Belvoir. This high-level professional will provide comprehensive executive support, including managing sensitive information, coordinating travel, and handling human resources tasks for senior leadership. This role requires advanced skills in document preparation, calendar management, office administration, contributing to effective organizational communication and efficiency. Application to this position includes pre-hire assessments in general cognition, technical aptitude, communication, and soft skills.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide senior executive level secretarial, administrative, human resource, and travel support
- Manage leader calendars using MS Outlook
- Provide administrative/general office support and leadership
- Prepare a variety of documents, such as: correspondence, forms, reports, statistical tables, spreadsheets, etc., using advanced skills and knowledge of word processing software
- Advise writers and researchers in matters of style, syntax, and usage to improve the general quality and effectiveness of communication
- Produce meeting minutes, including agenda, attendees, and proceedings
- Assist PM with deliverables and other contract-related administrative tasks
Requirements
- High School Diploma and > 5 years' experience in an administrative role
- Current SECRET security clearance (verifiable in DISS)
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Demonstrated proficiency in the Defense Travel System (DTS) with a minimum of two years' hands-on experience
- Typing speed of 50 words per minute with 95% accuracy
- Exceptional command of English spelling and grammar
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Current U.S. blue passport and ability to travel (CONUS and OCONUS) up to 5%
- Adherence to program's teleworking policy of camera on and professional attire (smart casual) when working remotely

The projected compensation range for this position is $70000 to $130000 (annualized USD).
