- Must be a permanent year-round resident in the state of Michigan
- Master’s Degree in the Human Services field and Professional licensure in the State of Michigan required
- Base Pay: $33 - $36 hourly + shift premiums
- Shifts:
- Full-Time Afternoon/Evening: Sunday - Thursday 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
- Part-Time Midnight/Overnight: Saturday and Sunday 12:00 am - 8:00 am
- Part-Time Afternoon/Evening: Friday and Saturday 4:00 pm - 12:00 am
- Provide crisis support to MiCAL Crisis Specialists
- Administrative functions, such as supervision meetings, payroll, shift scheduling, and debriefing
- Training and Development of Staff, including monitoring calls and online training.
- Oversee daily MiCAL operations, including tasks of the MiCAL Crisis Specialists and call activities.
- Provide support to MiCAL Crisis Specialists and ‘back up’ support, as needed.
- Provide review and support to calls involving Imminent Risk and Involuntary Emergency Rescues.
- Collaborate with other Common Ground programs, crisis safety-net providers, PIHP’s, emergency departments, etc. to support callers.
- Assess crisis and personal/family needs to determine services and referrals.
- Maintain high level of confidentiality while performing all duties
- Fulfill any additional duties as assigned
- Permanent year-round Michigan residency
- Master’s Degree in the Human Services field
- Professional licensure in the State of Michigan (LLMSW, LMSW, LLPC, LPC, LLP, or TLLP)
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Crisis Services, preferred
- Certification in at least one of the following is preferred; CAADC, CAC-R, CCDP, CCDP-D
- Experience with persons with co-occurring mental illness and substance use disorder.
- Standard met for Mental health Professional and Child Mental Health Professional.
