The Role
The Merchandising Manager, UGG Kids’ Footwear, NA Marketplace is responsible for leading, executing, and communicating the strategic Merchandising vision across DTC & WHSL channels of distribution.
The Merchandising Manager will drive a consumer-led assortment aligned to strategic brand and commercial priorities, while meeting or exceeding regional and category financial targets. Responsible for the full marketplace, the Merchandising Manager will ensure that both DTC & WHSL channels of distribution offer a balanced mix of carryover & new product that aligns to the brand’s consumer targets. The individual in this role will own DTC exclusive & tiering as well as WHSL segmentation and differentiation strategies.
This role will report to the Vice President, Merchandising, FLG, NA Marketplace and will partner with Brand & Commercial cross-functional teams including Consumer Insights, Demand & Supply Planning, E-Commerce, Planning & Allocation, Product Creation, Retail, Sales, & Visual Merchandising.
As a leader on the NA Merchandising team, the Merchandising Manager must demonstrate a deep understanding of the consumer, marketplace, and business, and an ability to drive strategy & influence cross-functional partners throughout the end-to-end concept to go-to-market process.

Your Impact
The primary functions of this role, include but are not limited to:
Responsible to lead, execute, and communicate the Marketplace strategic merchandising vision for UGG Kids’ Footwear, including partnering with UGG Value Merchandising team to align product strategy and life cycle planning. Partner with Global & Regional Planning teams on top down & bottoms up long-range, seasonal plans across key milestones including long range plan, seasonal merchandise financial plan & forecast, & investment review, with a focus on sales, inventory, & style/sku count aligned to financial growth and productivity targets. Deliver seasonal Marketplace regional opportunity, leveraging quantitative & qualitative consumer & marketplace-led insights with a focus on key item and franchise management & carryover vs newness mix. Coach & develop the team with a focus on analytical capabilities, leveraging data & consumer insights to read and react to in-season business & inform forward-looking assortment strategy.

$125,000 - 135,000
The salary range posted reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this role in our Goleta, CA location. Individual pay will be determined by location and additional factors, including job related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
