Reports to: Merchandise Planning Manager, HOKA & Emerging Brands

Location: Remote

The Role

The Merchandise Planning Analyst is results driven with the ability to impact the business with quantifiable and actionable data analysis. The Analyst will own tops down and bottoms up In-Season and Pre-Season forecasting, and analysis focused on achieving sales, margin, and inventory targets for HOKA & Emerging Brands, North America. A strong candidate for this role is numbers driven with an analytical mindset and an enthusiasm for achieving and exceeding sales and inventory objectives. The analyst will play a key role in supporting Direct to Consumer strategies, while also working closely with key cross-functional partners. The Merchandise Planning Analyst will own all reporting for HOKA & Emerging Brands including but not limited to, running and distribution of reports.

Your Impact

  • Manage tops down and bottoms up In-Season style forecasting for key HOKA & Emerging Brands drivers, analyzing historical data and current trends to identify risks and opportunity for agreed upon style-color assortment.
  • Assist with OTB forecasting by analyzing the current business. Review any risks to financial plan with Manager and Merchants. Determine action plan to de-risk or stimulate sales.
  • Quantify impact of supply disruptions for OTB
  • Collaborate with Planning Manager and Demand Planning on inventory rollover process. Partner closely with Demand Planning and Merchandising to ensure inventory shifts are accurately actioned on. Trouble shoot if needed.
