Integris is looking to fill the position of a permanent, full-time Member Relationship Representative. This is a hybrid position and can be located in our branches or working remotely. The successful applicant will have a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday.
MRRs are often the first impression of Integris for our members that reach out via phone, text or website. For that reason and more, the MRR position is incredibly important to Integris’ success. It’s not just about handling the money and finances of our Members; it’s about doing so while providing stellar service – the Integris Experience. Our MRRs are highly organized, personable, and patient. Those qualities, as well as being expedient, accurate, and friendly, are basic characteristics required for success in the MRR role.
Salary range: $21.56 - $24.69 per hour.

Principal Accountabilities:
- Deliver exceptional member service by addressing inquiries, completing routine non-cash transactions, and resolving member issues independently or through appropriate referrals.
- Provide accurate information on credit union products and services, including deposit accounts, internet banking, and basic investments, while identifying referral opportunities to other departments.
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks to support branch operations, such as processing reports, maintaining member accounts, and assisting with post-dated term renewals.
- Foster strong member relationships by understanding their individual needs and providing personalized assistance and guidance.
- Contribute as a proactive team member, supporting colleagues and ensuring a high standard of service delivery.
Qualifications and Knowledge:
- Basic knowledge of credit union banking systems and core applications such as T24, Verafin, Central1, and Signority.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with online/mobile banking processes, email money transfers, and ATM transactions.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to resolve conflicts effectively and build positive member relationships.
- Understanding of credit union products, including specialty investments (e.g., RRSPs, RRIFs, RESPs), and the ability to identify opportunities to enhance member experiences.
- Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and accuracy.
