About the Role
As a Meeting Manager, you'll be at the heart of creating exceptional, high-touch corporate events that leave a lasting impression. Your expertise in project and client management will guide you in executing complex programs while juggling multiple priorities. You’ll drive timelines, ensuring every detail aligns for seamless event operations. Join us in transforming client visions into reality!

 

You're Good At

  • Managing multiple event projects simultaneously while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to understand and exceed their expectations.
  • Communicating effectively and professionally with diverse teams and vendors.
  • Analyzing budgets and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines.
  • Maintaining high standards for quality and compliance throughout the event planning process.

 

You Might Also Have

  • A Bachelor's degree is preferred, ideally in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • A minimum of three years of experience in meeting and event planning.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management.
  • Familiarity with group travel, both domestic and international.
  • CMP certification and experience with platforms like Cvent are a plus.

 

You Should Know

  • This role requires moderate travel, particularly during peak event seasons (25%).
  • This role will operate in the Eastern Time Zone
  • You’ll have the flexibility to work independently while ensuring your teams are well-coordinated and informed.

We carefully consider a wide range of compensation factors, including your professional background and experience. The salary range for candidates in applicable jurisdictions in the US for the position of Meeting Manager  is between $60,000 - $76,000. The actual pay depends on your skills, qualifications, experience, geographical location, and project budget.
