What You'll Do with Risk Adjustment Data:

  • Perform end-to-end analysis on data in tabular format or natural language
  • Independently: find problems, architect solutions and conduct analysis
  • Collaborate with product managers, data scientists and data engineers, in an Agile and technology-driven environment
  • Support data scientists with data analysis
  • Generate internal data reports
  • Present in front of stakeholders including senior leaders

About You:

  • At least 3 years of work experience in Medicare Risk Adjustment analytics
  • Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
  • Working SQL skills, experience of querying large datasets
  • Strong statistical ability to analyze large amounts of data
  • Experience of data wrangling and data visualization
  • Desire and ability to build trust with business stakeholders, manage the relationship and socialize insights effectively
  • Be able to communicate analytical insights with a variety of business stakeholders across different technical levels (including senior leaders)
  • Self-motivated and be able to work independently
  • Be able to work towards deadline

Nice to have:

  • Experience of data visualization software (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
  • Actuarial background
  • Experience of generating automatic reports
  • Experience with ETL processing
  • Experience of Excel
  • Experience of processing JSON files
  • Experience of cloud (AWS preferred)
  • Experience in SaaS companies
  • Ability to design and optimize data models

Salary Range: $120,000 - $140,000 / annually
