Medicare Retention Performance Manager

Position Purpose: Develops and executes action plans to improve Medicare member retention and experience. Researches, prioritizes, and determines the appropriate course of action for all applicable business matters. Directs, monitors, and contributes to special projects aimed at reducing Medicare member disenrollment in local markets, regions, and nationally.
- Supports Medicare markets and regions with Key Performance Indicators (KPI), performance management, perceptions and collaborates to create and drive action plans to reduce disenrollment.
- Directs, monitors and/or contributes to special projects and other planning initiatives for retention reduction and improving member experience with Centralized Functions.
- Creates and presents leadership level presentations related to market, region, and Medicare performance on Retention and Disenrollment performance.
- Collaborates with Medicare teams and resources as needed to gather data, reports, and insights to make informed decisions related to daily activities.
- Researches, prioritizes, ensures appropriate course of action, as needed, in all business matters.
Travel: 10%Pay Range: $68,700.00 - $123,700.00 per year
