Medicare Retention Performance Manager

- Supports Medicare markets and regions with Key Performance Indicators (KPI), performance management, perceptions and collaborates to create and drive action plans to reduce disenrollment.
- Directs, monitors and/or contributes to special projects and other planning initiatives for retention reduction and improving member experience with Centralized Functions.
- Creates and presents leadership level presentations related to market, region, and Medicare performance on Retention and Disenrollment performance.
- Collaborates with Medicare teams and resources as needed to gather data, reports, and insights to make informed decisions related to daily activities.
- Researches, prioritizes, ensures appropriate course of action, as needed, in all business matters.
Education/Experience: 3+ years’ experience in the Medicare industry or experience in a functional role such as communications, project management, preferably where there was a high level of responsibility aligned to the Medicare business. Bachelor's degree or in lieu of education, demonstrated work experience and accomplishments applicable to the level, duties and scope of this role.
Travel: 10% / Quarterly travel.
