Position Overview:

The individual will support the Medicare Advantage Issue Management team by providing support when operating model and process gaps are presented due to issues reported and will serve the team in helping to eliminate obstacles in getting to a resolution.  They will work across the various domains of the Medicare organization, working closely with our business partners and Issue Managers in resolving known issues. The role is highly valued, and the individual must be able to easily navigate the organization to be effective.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily production of the command center report and continuous improvement activities
  • Drive forward looking analysis into production issue to be able to articulate the bigger picture to executives
  • Manage the update of manually complied report for Domains
  • For high priority issues, work with Issue Managers to get established template completed and distributed to Leadership
  • Own existing SNOW reports and any associated changes.
  • Manage MOR reporting for Issue Management
  • Manage Ad Hoc reporting request from Executives.
  • Collaborate with upstream and downstream business
  • Establish rapport and close collaborative relationship with the Operations and technical teams and provider greater insights into the data

Desired Experience / Qualifications:

  • Must be a current employee or contractor with The Cigna Group, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their subsidiaries
  • BA/BS degree or higher strongly preferred in Computer Science or related degree or 4+ years of job-related experience preferred
  • 4+ years of technical or operations experience which includes building reports and analyzing data
  • Medicare Advantage Operations experience required
  • Service Now (SNOW) reporting experience
  • Excellent analytical/troubleshooting skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Expert at making sense out of data and ability to connect the dots quickly
  • Expert with Microsoft business applications such as Excel and Word
  • Ability and desire to thrive in a proactive, fast paced environment
  • Demonstrate ability to take initiative and drive process improvements
  • Able to effectively communicate across teams and roles


If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 106,100 - 176,900 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
