Medical leadership support Implementer (100%)
(All OCA offices will be considered, and the local salary grid will apply)
Objectives of the position
You support the growth of country-based medical managers and contribute to the development of robust medical leadership within the organization
You mentor and support new or fast-tracked medical coordinators, deputy medical coordinators and selected project medical referents to improve performance in their new roles and tasks.
You provide specific support to locally recruited country-based medical management profiles to enable equal opportunities for success.
You provide coaching/mentoring support to senior country-based medical managers for specific competencies, areas, or domains as needed.
You conduct field consultancies with individual medical managers though on-the-job, hybrid or fully remote methods depending on the needs and context.
You contribute to the development of processes, procedures, and policies related to the development of medical workforce
You ensure the continuous development of knowledge and technical competencies of the medical managers by identifying development needs/requirements and ensuring effective support (through PHD or HRM) following these needs.
You consolidate and analyse the information from the visits including analysis of available data and coordinate with different stakeholders to develop an action plan.
You provide support to the organization and implementation of Medical Management trainings as required.
You support pool managers and technical referents in the identification and validation process of talented individuals
You fostering of the OCA Medco Network as a community where medical managers can network, exchange …
