The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

As a Medical Education Coordinator LATAM you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:

  • Day-to-day logistics coordination of the LATAM Med Ed team, regional and local Med Ed programs, projects and initiatives.
  • Provide event set up in Smartsheet, SharePoint and other record keeping platforms
  • Order and maintain inventory of product equipment and supplies and coordinate shipment logistics for program needs.
  • Support process supplier set-up, 3rd party vendor payments and manage assigned expenses maintaining a zero balance on corporate card and support cost record keeping documentation as needed.
  • Demonstrate working knowledge of company products, regulatory guidelines, and mastery of internal processes ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures.
