Job Description:

The Media Integration Specialist will bridge media expertise across channels, creating impactful learning experiences for the Modular Education Program. You will leverage an understanding of media ecosystems and experience with learning to develop cross-channel content that fosters collaboration and innovation. Reporting to the Project Lead, the Media Integration Specialist works with SMEs to ensure our training programs empower employees to implement integrated, client-focused strategies.

This is a hybrid position.

Responsibilities:

Cross-Channel Strategy and Expertise:

  • You will provide strategic insights into media channels, including Paid Search, Social, TV, and emerging platforms.
  • Identify integration points and synergies to improve campaign strategies.

Content Development and Collaboration:

  • You will collaborate with instructional designers and SMEs to create accurate, relevant training materials.
  • You will develop case studies and real-world examples that highlight cross-channel best practices.

Industry Insights:

  • Stay ahead of evolving media trends and technologies to ensure our training materials remain relevant.
  • You will be a resource for our teams, providing guidance on cross-channel strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, or related fields.
  • Background in media planning, buying, or strategy across channels.
  • Experience applying media expertise in a learning/training capacity.
  • Proficient in media ecosystems and cross-channel strategies.
  • Comfortable collaborating with SMEs and instructional designers.
  • Familiarity with AdTech platforms and media measurement techniques preferred.
  • Bring innovative, cross-channel insights to learning content.
  • Work across teams to foster integration and learning.
  • Eager to apply media expertise to build meaningful training programs.

The anticipated salary range for this position is $94,000 - $152375. Actual salary will be based on a variety of factors including relevant experience, knowledge, skills and other factors permitted by law.
